Wifi on board

We offer free internet access on board, but connectivity cannot be guaranteed throughout the entire journey, especially while the ship is at sea. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. The guest network may be weak in certain areas, and 5G coverage is not available along the entire coast.

Passengers using our WiFi should expect limited speeds, particularly for uploads and similar activities. Some areas, such as Finnmark, may experience slower speeds, and there are occasional dead zones where internet access is briefly unavailable. These include the Tromsø-Skjervøy route and the approach to and departure from Honningsvåg.
