My excursion was cancelled; how will I get my refund?
Pre-booked excursions
Cancelled pre-booked excursions will normally be automatically refunded within 3 days after the full round voyage is completed, ie. after the ship’s return to Bergen. You do not need to contact us to get your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment.

Excursions purchased on board
Excursions purchased on board will be refunded on board before you disembark.
