How do wheelchair users board the ship?

The ship is equipped with a gangway lift that can support up to 225 kg. If the combined weight of the wheelchair and person exceeds this limit, boarding can be done through the cargo deck using the elevator. Please inform us in advance so we can notify the ship accordingly.

Should you have a larger electric wheelchair, it can be kept in the cargo deck throughout the journey. You may use a smaller wheelchair while on board. The wheelchair stored in the cargo deck can be used onshore at ports where we have longer stops.
