Check-in times

In general, check-in closes 15 minutes before departure, depending on the port where you board. You don't need to check in ahead of time, but you should arrive and board the ship well in advance. It is your responsibility to be punctual, as the ship must keep its schedule and cannot wait. Therefore, make sure you have plenty of time if you are arriving by plane. Suite guests have priority check-in and skip the lines in Bergen. Suite benefits

Bergen
In Bergen, you can drop off your luggage for check-in starting at 3 PM, and it will be delivered to your cabin. If you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available at the terminal, which opens at 11 AM. Passenger check-in begins at 4 PM, with the latest check-in time at 8 PM. Cabins are available from around 6 PM, and an announcement will be made onboard when they are ready. For our suite guests, cabins are available from 5 PM.

Kirkenes
In Kirkenes, check-in is available at 9 AM, and you'll have access to your cabin as soon as it is ready. We don't offer a luggage service here, but the crew is available to assist you with bringing your luggage onboard if needed. Please just reach out to the crew.

Tromsø
For the southbound journey departing from Tromsø, the ship arrives at 11:45 PM and departs at 1:30 AM. You can check in as soon as the ship arrives, and your cabin will be available for use right after you check in.
