Can I change or cancel my booked excursions?

Pre-booked excursions

• You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your booking start date.
• Once on board, cancellations are not permitted, but you may switch to another excursion if conditions allow. Any additional cost will be charged to your cruise account; if the new excursion is cheaper, no refund is given.
• If switching to another excursion on board, the change must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the original excursion.
• If opting out causes the excursion to be cancelled due to low attendance, no changes are allowed.
• Excursions booked as part of a bundle cannot be cancelled individually.
• For cancellations due to illness or similar reasons, contact your travel insurance provider.

Excursions booked on board:

• Bookings made after boarding are binding and non-refundable.
• You may switch to another excursion if conditions allow, with additional costs charged to your cruise account (no refund if the new excursion is cheaper).
• All rules about 72-hour notice, low-attendance cancellations, and bundled excursions apply.
